Jennifer Burns - Panelist

Jennifer oversees the Asset Management, Information Technology, and Marketing divisions, leading all operations for the firm’s 5 million square foot portfolio—including property management, engineering, construction management, and property accounting.
She manages the execution of Monday Properties’ capital improvement projects and is involved at every step in the process. Her contributions performing due diligence for the firm’s acquisitions, coupled with her proactive leadership during the pandemic, have contributed to Monday Properties’ strategic growth plans and solidified Jennifer as an unmatched influencer in the industry.
Jennifer was recognized in 2020 as Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for determining proactive COVID-19 safety policies for tenants and employees. She led Monday Properties in achieving the Fitwel Viral Response Module certification and creating a partnership with Kastle Systems to deploy a spectrum of hands-free technology throughout the portfolio.

Steve Yapsuga is a tenured business technologist leader and investor in the Infrastructure industry with deep knowledge and experience in Telecommunications and software. Mr. Yapsuga is an active tech entrepreneur who serves as acting Board Member of the Maryland-DC Wireless Association and is a founding member and Co-Chairman of the Board for NEDAS, formally the NorthEast DAS and Small Cell Association, where he also co-hosts NEDAS Live! a digital infrastructure Podcast out of New York

Robert Nieminen - Moderator

Robert Nieminen is the Chief Content Director of Architectural Products, BUILDINGS, interiors+sources (i+s) and Smart Buildings Technology for Endeavor Business Media. Previously, he was the former Editor-at-Large of i+s and a regular contributor to i+D, the official publication of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), retrofit, Retail Environments and The Architect’s Newspaper, as well as a contributing author to ASID’s 2020 Outlook and State of Interior Design report. Robert was a contributing author to the book, The State of the Interior Design Profession (Fairchild, 2010), which was placed on the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers’ “50 Must Read, Must Have” book list.
